STANDARD DELIVERY OPTIONS
We use FedEx as our trusted courier service to ensure your Caithness Glass order is delivered safely and efficiently.
For the best delivery experience and full transparency, we highly recommend downloading the FedEx mobile app. Once you have downloaded and signed up for the app, you can enter your tracking number to get full, up-to-the-minute tracking of your order's journey, manage your delivery, and receive important updates.

- Standard delivery is £5.95
- Courier delivery, Next Business Day delivery on orders placed before 11.30am. Orders placed after 11.30am will be dispatched the following business day. (Engraved & Gift Wrapped orders may take longer).
- Free UK mainland delivery on all orders over £100 (excludes some Scottish postcodes - please see below)
- Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday only
- Please note we do not deliver on weekends or bank holidays.

International Delivery
Please note that due to recent changes in U.S. import regulations and stricter Customs clearance requirements. We are unable to offer shipments to the USA direct through the website, please enquire to websales@dartington.co.uk about shipping to the US. Any duties and taxes associated with shipments to the USA will be the customer’s responsibility. Refusal of shipments at customs will not be accepted and refunds will not be given.
Royal Brierley products can be delivered Internationally with ease, with just one price for postage no matter the quantity or weight, what's more, if the shipping address is outside of the EU we can remove the UK VAT making your gift even more cost effective. Please see full T&C's below.

Delivery prices shown on this page apply to all website orders and phone orders placed with our Websales team. Orders placed with our corporate & trade departments may have different delivery costs. Please note free delivery and any other promotions that may be running do not apply to trade or corporate Orders. Please speak to our trade sales team for more information.
Please note should the delivery cost incurred by Royal Brierley from the courier be greater then the actual delivery charge of your own order we will need to contact you and potentially cancel the order if it is not viable to dispatch.
